My work is shaped by a deep belief: people heal best when they feel seen, safe, and supported — without judgment.

With over 15 years of experience across therapy, coaching, training, and real-life emotional work, I bring together clinical psychology, mindfulness, breathwork, and behaviour science to create grounded, practical, and transformational outcomes.
